The 21-Day Body Boost™: A Nutrition & Cooking Experience is a 4-week, 3-stage guided wellness challenge led by holistic nutritionist Yvette Gorostiague Fantham, founder of Calm Nutrition. Yvette combines evidence-based nutrition with practical, real-world strategies to help participants reset their habits, lower inflammation, improve digestion, and balance blood sugar. Each week builds on the last, offering education, accountability, and supportive structure while introducing you to new recipes and healthier ways to cook and eat.
This special BWC Cooking Club edition includes an expanded format with a second hour devoted to hands-on recipe preparation. You will create nourishing recipes such as smoothies, bone broth, chia pudding, and other simple, anti-inflammatory dishes that support each phase of the Body Boost. You will leave the program feeling more energized, balanced, and confident in your ability to maintain these new habits long after the challenge ends.

Yvette Gorostiague Fantham is a Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Calm Nutrition, where she specializes in helping clients restore balance through whole-food nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and sustainable wellness habits. With a focus on gut health, hormone balance, and anti-inflammatory eating, Yvette’s approach blends education, accountability, and practical tools that empower her clients to feel their best. She regularly partners with local wellness professionals and community organizations to make evidence-based nutrition approachable, realistic, and transformative.
