Get Ready to peel, chop, and sauté!

Bring your apron and your favorite chef's knife, and enjoy cooking and tasting with Yana!  Our own member will teach us to create two healthy, delicious soups to add to your repertoire! We will meet on 11/14 at 5:00 to begin cooking and sit down at 6:30 to enjoy the fruits of our labor. No prior experience is necessary!!  Both soups will use chicken stock, but the vegetarian options will also be discussed.

The class will address everything necessary to create two soups: Butternut Squash and Moroccan Lentil
