You can have it all - both healthy and delicious this holiday season. Join chef Kerry Bitner, former owner of Que SeRaw SeRaw for a yummy evening where she’ll demonstrate three raw, vegan recipes that you can try at home for your holiday celebrations or any time you want to enjoy a tasty dish without the unhealthy fats, processed sugars and chemical preservatives that are so prevalent today. Kerry will demonstrate how to make Waldorf Salad with Pine Nut Lemon Dressing, Red Velvet Truffles and Chocolate Mousse Torte. All recipes can be made easily at home with a food processor and common ingredients.

Each attendee will receive detailed digital recipes, a resource guide and samples to enjoy or take home.
